I’m writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional job you did in restoring my antique Oak desk and credenza. Your hard work and attention to detail really paid off as they resulted in an absolutely gorgeous final product.
While neither of us could have anticipated the time necessary to strip and sand 40+ year- old wood varnished with an oil-based lacquer, or how difficult it is to work with a piece of furniture that weighs over 200 lbs., you took these challenges and the many others in stride. The level of professionalism and expertise you demonstrated exceeded my expectations and dwarfs your competitors. Your choice of stain, pops of well-placed color, and refinished brass hardware all make for a remarkably renovated piece that will undoubtedly be used and cherished for another 40 years!
And not only did you deliver a high-quality product, but when the movers I hired to bring the pieces home cancelled, you were able to recommend an alternative company that made the delivery on time and for less money...yeah!

Caroline did such an amazing job with our dining room table; it’s now the centerpiece of our living/dining room/kitchen area and it’s absolutely gorgeous. She picked out such a nice color and finish. The gloss is beautiful. It really is so much prettier than it was, and it’s an antique table, over 30 years old. She treated it with such care and love…highly recommend her services!

I always loved this cabinet. However, it just didn't go with the design of the new house & I wanted to find a beautiful navy piece (ideally with gold accents) but couldn't find anything I loved after an extensive search. Instead I found Caroline at St Tropez Designs. She is a true artist and she captured my vision in the most gorgeous way. in fact, I now have her redoing several other older "ehh" furniture pieces for us and I'm over the moon excited to have her stunning artwork decorating my home.

I had a wonderful experience with Caroline. About 50 years ago I purchased 2 old steamer trunks in North Carolina. One had gone to my oldest son who resides in northern CA. His son had always had his eye on the other which was currently in my garage. I met Caroline through Nextdoor. She was so gracious and enthusiastic, clearly knowledgeable, but eliciting my ideas. I immediately felt drawn to her and we quickly drew up a contract. Caroline took the trunk and sent me updates with pictures at least once a week. The trunk was finished in a few days over a month and was beautifully transformed as you can see by the pictures. I was thrilled and I love it.

I found St Tropez Designs for furniture painting and had such an amazing experience with Caroline. My dark furniture, which I had for many years, needed a major renovation. I wanted to lighten things up. She is a talented artist with creative designs has a great eye for color combinations and made me feel comfortable with the choices she suggested.
